1. Agreement
By signing up for or using 9AM CEO ("the Service"), you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by Dreamyhook Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "9AM CEO"), an Indian private limited company.
If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What we provide
9AM CEO delivers an editorial brief of your Slack channel activity each morning at 9:00 AM IST on WhatsApp and by email. Growth-plan subscribers also receive a 7:00 PM IST wrap-up, real-time keyword alerts, and a sentiment + anomaly dashboard.
We don't guarantee any particular outcome from reading the brief. The brief is an aid to attention, not legal, financial, medical, or fiduciary advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the company you represent. The Service is intended for professional use; we don't market to consumers.
4. Account and security
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. We aren't liable for damage caused by credentials shared with others — though if you suspect compromise, email support@9amceo.com and we'll work with you fast.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. We bill via Razorpay in Indian Rupees. Prices shown on the homepage exclude applicable taxes, which we add at checkout.
Trials run for 7 days. We don't bill during the trial; you can cancel without charge anytime in that window.
If a payment fails, we retry per Razorpay's standard cadence (typically 3 attempts over 7 days). If all attempts fail, your subscription pauses until you update payment.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. See our Refund Policy for full specifics — there's a 7-day trial, a 14-day money-back window after that, and pro-rated SLA credits when we miss our uptime target.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Connect a Slack workspace you don't have authority to share with us.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
8. Your data
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of everything you bring to the Service — Slack messages, account info, anything else. We receive a narrow licence to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the brief.
9. Availability and SLA
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on brief delivery. We aren't liable for brief delays caused by:
- Outages or rate limits at upstream providers — Slack, Meta, Google.
- Force majeure: natural disasters, government action, internet backbone failures.
- Configuration changes on your side — revoked Slack token, expired WhatsApp opt-in, and similar.
If we miss our uptime target in a billing month, we'll credit your next invoice proportionally on request.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that can't be limited under Indian law.
11. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Both parties first agree to attempt resolution in good faith for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
