Refund Policy.

The short version

The 7-day free trial means you can quit before paying anything. Paid for a month and decided it's not for you within the first 14 days? We refund in full. After that, we credit pro-rata for unused time when you cancel.

1. Trial period

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You aren't charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime in those 7 days from your dashboard, and nothing further is owed.

2. 14-day money-back window

If you complete the trial and continue into a paid subscription, you have 14 days from the date of your first paid charge to request a full refund — no questions asked.

Email support@9amceo.com with your account email and a one-line reason (so we can improve). We'll process the refund within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

3. After 14 days

Once you're past the 14-day window, monthly fees are non-refundable. However:

  • If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • You won't be billed for any further periods.
  • If we missed our 99.5% uptime SLA on brief delivery that month, email us and we'll credit a proportional refund on request.

4. Plan downgrades

If you downgrade from Growth to Starter mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the next billing period. We don't pro-rate downgrades — the cost difference is small and the operational overhead isn't worth it for either of us.

5. Plan upgrades

Upgrading from Starter to Growth mid-cycle is immediate. We pro-rate the price difference for the remainder of your current billing period and add it to your next invoice.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, email billing@9amceo.com first — we usually resolve within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us suspends your account during the dispute period.

7. How refunds reach you

Razorpay refunds the original payment method. Credit card and net-banking refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days; UPI is usually faster. We don't issue refunds as account credit unless you specifically request it.
